Jaguar is now jumping in the market too with the "F-PACE". Yet another high priced mall cruiser that you will never see on an unpaved road outside of the commercials.

they've all got 'em now - prototype models introduced at car shows - Jag, Lambo, and Bentley!

I can't recall ever seeing any like the Escalade actually off pavement. Do they dare go off pavement?

What's especially fun about sock puppets is that you can make each one unique and individual, so that they each have special characters. And they don't have to be human––animals and aliens are great possibilities

the only "off road" some of those see is when they accidentally back up over the next door neighbor's flower beds.

Not sure what qualifies as the worst forest service road, there are so many to pick from. Something Like Snowgrass Trailhead is mostly Pickup Trucks, Jeeps, Explorer/Expeditions, Tahoe/Suburban's & Subaru's. There's also the skilled who successfully dodged the watermelon sized potholes, large rocks, and endured continuous washboard in all sorts of low clearance sedans and mini-vans. I've never seen a BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, or Escalade "SUV" at any trailhead. Perhaps there is a nice paved glamping destination available if they decide to go further out east than Bellevue Square.

Yellowstone NP

Nature exists with a stark indifference to humans' situation.

the now dead and gone Middle Fork Snoqualmie Road...now paved and Escalade certified...was once a true test of one's desire to get out there. frown.gif Rooting for torrential downpours of biblical proportions to erase that mistake.

Since I have no expectations of forgiveness, I don't do it in the first place. That loop hole needs to be closed to everyone.

I have a friend who just took his $70K Landcruiser over Black Bear Pass and Imogene Pass in Co. I realize he is the exception to the rule. I love the Landcruiser, but would probably not take it to those extremes.

In a word, parking; like trying to fit a big foot in a small shoe.

Jag is nice. Warshington is downtown Subyville, unless your BPJ and you love your Jeep. Queenie just ordered up the Bentley
So I think I gotta get one. agree.gif
