Chose Point 5703' (third southeast from highest summit) from the 2nd basin.
Boot top recycled powder (8" near surface facets, over stiffer and harder older powder, over not sure what) from 2400 feet to summit.
Relatively easy trailbreaking floating on light snow over the hardened older snow. Very avy safe routes can be found on this mountain sticking to any one of four NE trending timbered ridges.
Entering Basin 2 Davis Peak distant Pt 5703' and cadre'
Ridgetop winds forced us to find open tree protection. Skied SE to NE slopes for two runs.
Climb knob for a 2nd run Hmm, 'nuther day Pico Jim Don
