Just some photos I took this morning in the neighborhood. Saw a sea lion just off shore and some harbor porpoises off in the distance as well.

Glad you enjoyed them. The Kitsap really is an incredible place. Getting to live in the neighborhood we do is an unbelievable extra. In good weather, it is pretty much the view I have every time I get the mail or take the garbage down to the street. Even saw some porpoises one time while getting the garbage can to take back to the house

I spent the first seventeen years of my life there and it always is home in a strange way.

A friend and I visited your neighborhood yesterday. We walked up from Anderson Landing, rounded King Spit, and touched Bangor's southern fence. (And smiled and waved politely to the cameras wherever they were hidden. )
Nice beaches, and unique profiles of the Olympics. And as always, some friendly locals along the way - beach people are typically very welcoming folk.
