SB, Great idea for a website! This Freezer Bag cooking sounds like a variation of the old 'foil dinners' and could easily be adapted. We throw veggies, spices (and meat if desired) al gusto into a pile and double wrap in foil. Onions, carrots, garlic, shrooms are all good. Best to just throw onto coals or bake in pot. It is critical not to break the seal and to include enough moisture. This is often a first night dinner as it can be heavy and may spoil in hot weather but is much better than any freeze dried food.

Thanks everyone! I have been doing some more work on it, and have more recipes up. I am hoping I will have even more up after this weekend (I am enjoying having 4 days off to waste online!)
