Hi, two of my friends and I are planning to climb Rainer around the first week in June. Due to all of us being in the military I would like to have at least 2 others commit to going with us. That way I don't have to cancel because one of us couldn't make it. None of us have climbed it before and we are located from Olympia-Tacoma. I have some rope experience and have climbed Shasta, otherwise we are fairly green. We also were planning on the standard 2 day climb. We will plan on getting together a few times to practice roping techniques, and go over emergency procedures. We are all aged around 30-36, excellent shape, married, and would guess to say our speed would be moderate. Thanks for reading -Garrett
