Every fall, those maples over the BGT through the UD drop their leaves, it rains, the wet, slippery leaves just stay there on the path for months, waiting to take somebody down. The streets get cleaned, the trail is a hazard for months every winter.

I didn't mean that, I'm just saying that I'm not a fan of biking on busy roads.

Yeah, unless something changes. I'd like to see America transition away from an automobile based transportation culture to one of a combination of public transportation and bicycles.
