Look at Skull & Crossbones, north view. Is it likely that is Osborne's company car?

The Slate Peak (pre-NORAD), north view is inviting.

Thanks so much for scanning and sharing these, Eric. The Kloshe Nanitch and North Point photos dramatically depict the 1907 Sol Duc burn. Mount Zion and Ned Hill photos show stark evidence of the 1890 Dungeness fire and the later Maynard burn. "Boulder ELOF, Olympic N.F." photos are a complete mystery to me. This certainly isn't Boulder Peak and lake in Olympic NP, nor was there ever a road there. I can't fit it to any place in Olympic. Does anyone recognize this?

The Boulder ELOF is named for Boulder Creek. It was taken at the big bend in the road (where it turns west) on the way to Olympic Hot Springs, above Lake Mills.
Ah, Observation Point on Olympic Hot Springs Road. Thanks, Eric!
