Hello, I'm looking for partners to backpack with, July 2-5. I need to get my nervous dog out of town, away from all the holiday explosions that freak her out. I'm open to destinations, as long as they are dog-friendly, not too crowded, and keep me out of town for a few days. I'm a 60 yr. old, active, married Seattle professional with interests in music, art, humor, nature, reading, ultralight backpacking, etc. I enjoy at least a week or two of long hikes each summer over the last 9 years. Am happy to answer questions.
