Share main floor, kitchen, and some basement basement space with owner/resident (me) and one adorable corgi, whom you must worship. No TV, no smoking, no parking either, but there's a gear pantry! and a basement for drying out your muddy stuff! This is short-term until next summer unless it works exceptionally well. $750 + share of utility increase. Reduced rent next couple months while some remodeling chaos is going on in basement (daytimes only). Very quiet neighborhood. Moderate-to-extreme tolerance for dog fur required. No more pets -- maybe an exceptionally well-behaved corgi could be negotiated with Al's approval.
