Over thirty years, usually shop Seattle, but I have never noticed a dog section there, probably too many canoes, kyaks, bikes, fitness gear, electronics, clothing, footwear, packs, tents, food, camping gear, etc, to find it.
That being said I was at Tukwila today and found the dog section featuring 1 dog toy, the same ball listed online.
REI, home of the dog ball, at least in Tukwila and online.
