With so many people in this forum spending so many years hiking deep in the wildernesses of the Northwest....has anyone ever seen Bigfoot? What about other unexplained phenomenon? Let's hear your spooky stories!
I saw him at WSU several years ago. He retired to somewhere on the peninsula. His name was Grover Krantz and went around in an ultralight looking for others of his species but never found the lost tribe.

Well Catwoman, maybe we should get together for a hike sometime.
We could exchange our Elvis sightings.
And to stay within the content of the thread, you can honestly say you saw 2 "Big Feet".........mine.

I prefer to call them bigfeet since there are several roaming around the cascades. I've seen one at Snow Lake before right near the footbridge that crosses the outlet stream. I followed her a bit until it was obvious that she was headed back down the trail to the Middle Fork. Well I gues we know who uses that trail now! I also lent one some moleskin once at the bottom of the haystack at Mt. Si. Most people don't know how to photograph bigfoot well. The shots are usually poorly composed and either blurred or grainy or over or underexposed or often all of the above. If photo classes would cover this topic we would get better bigfeet photos but how do you have a class on it until you have an expert to teach the subject and obviously at this point there are no experts? If you have amateurs teaching amateurs the quality of the pictures may continue to spiral until we have either a black picture or a white picture that would appeal only to a member of 3 Dog Night. A few weeks ago I was over near surprise lake and I sensed that a bigfoot was near. When you have seen alot of them you develop this sense I can't explain it any other way. I looked behind me. No one. I looked left. No one. I turned slowy to the right and there was still no one. Then I looked above me and 15 feet up was a well loaded hennesy hammock swaying back and forth with a dark furry arm lazing over the side. Well sir, I was down that trail faster Uncle Louie when the revenuers were chasing him.
Anywho, keep your eyes peeled...
