Classy.

Same thing has happened in along ten miles of trail in Olympic NP, expressing opposite political views. Volunteer ranger spent a week removing the graffiti using sandpaper.

its a real range of people living in Central Oregon, and not all good, I will admit. I was taking bottles/cans to the redemption center in downtown Bend. Came out a couple minutes later to find a big swastika scratched into the winter grime on my inoffensively, and carefully parked Subaru. (no bumper stickers or polarizing emblems on the car) I couldn't even figure what the point was. Probably the tweaker red neck didn't either. Overall I like the mix of Conservative and Liberal folks in Central Oregon, to maintain a bit of balance. But there are some serious whack jobs running around that seem to take pride in being jerks. Probably not that much different than most places these days I suppose.
