Starbucks Via Instant Vanilla Latte. It's certainly not barista worthy, but pretty damn drinkable. Ingredients: Dairy Powder, Sugar, Instant and Mircogrounded Coffee, Natural Flavors. 1.09 ounces per envelope.

My wife picked up these for me .... https://www.amazon.com/Trader-Instant-Coffee-Packets-Creamer/dp/B071VPGQK1/ref=sr_1_5_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1497974055&sr=8-5&keywords=trader%2Bjoe's%2Binstant%2Bcoffee&th=1 I wasn't too sure, but turns out they are very good. A bit sugary but sometimes that is nice.

50 something, back at it

I put it in this for backpacking:

Trader Joe's is fine as long as you add more coffee. 1 TJ plus 1 Taster's Choice is an optimal and fortuitous combination. Cheap as dirt, too.

My wife used this on our recent backpack https://www.amazon.com/Healthworks-Coconut-Powder-Organic-Dairy/dp/B01N35VG85 Tastes very close to what she uses at home, which is: http://sodeliciousdairyfree.com/products/coconut-milk-beverages/unsweetened

+1 for Peak. Doesn't turn into mucus globules when added directly to hot water. Via packet + a spoonful of Peak and I'm happy.

I've got it pretty easy, the powdered fake creamer is my fave to start with. Does it taste like cream? not in the slightest. whatever it does taste like, I love it. It's like grape soda...it's purple flavor and I like it, but it's sure not like grapes.
