This is the most dramatic example of the "sea of clouds" phenomenon that I've ever seen!
It was amazing how the fog was moving so fast that I could actually watch the waves move and break against the mountains like an actual body of water in real time! I've also posted a small selection of photos on my website: http://illuminationsfromtheattic.blogspot.com/2017/11/ocean-of-clouds.html

Nicely done. It's interesting to observe that the fluids (water, air) behave nearly identically. Anyway, fun to watch.
