I rode my bike over today and it's pretty darn sweet.  smile.gif A great new addition to our urban biking and hiking trails. It's at least twice the width of the lane on I-90 and has several interpretive areas to stop and rest. Seems more quiet than the I-90 lane.

From E Montlake Blvd and E Hamlin St. There are several parking places at East Montlake Park where the pathway starts but there is a 4 hr limit. The east side has a Park & Ride lot or a small parking area at Fairweather Park in Medina.

I was there for the opening, Wed just before 3pm. I just happened by while scouting the canoeing conditions in the Arboretum. The canoe restrictions under the construction zone have been lifted.
