Ever since I moved here about 10 years ago, I noticed almost every February we get this weird 4-5 days of sunny and almost 60F weather.

The best chance for good weather during the winter is Feb 25 - Mar 1
The second best chance for good weather during the winter is Feb 2 - Feb 14 (larger gap)

About an inch of new white death so far tonight. It is of a heavy texture.
