I'm a mostly day hiker, mostly conditioning, look for places at about 1000 elev gain per mile -- P3, Kaleetan, etc. I have a page at peakbaggers which will give you the gist of what I am about. I'm a 49 y.o. physician moving to San Diego in the fall after 5 years of crawling around our mountains. Would love to have a great summer here averaging about a hike a week. Very flexible on when to go. Thank you, Mike. http://peakbagger.com/climber/climber.aspx?cid=11436

I like your orientation! I am in Portland. Tough to find folks here with your agenda, plus willingness to drive more than two hours. I have other barriers to overcome, so I appreciate you indicate flexibility as to when. I am also jointhedance on Oregonhikers
