I have nerve problems and I can no longer wear a backpack because the strap irritates my shoulders. Can anyone recommend something that won't strap around my shoulders, I just need to carry a couple liters of water and some relatively small gear. thanks.

Custom made McHales. Made any size or configuration. The unique waist belt puts all the weight on your hips. Well worth the money. Solved my physical issues.
