Anybody use a inversion table or any other type of inversion therapy for lower back pain / issues? Does it work? Thanks

Mother-in-law has one, uses it, likes it. I've tried it and have to admit it feels pretty good. Can't speak to actual therapeutic value.

I do an exercise at the gym known as "dead hangs" -- basically just hanging from a bar or hand holds. It's often done for forearm or rotator cuff conditioning, but an additional benefit is spinal decompression. When I'm hanging, I typically flex my spine a bit forwards/backwards and side-to-side. I asked my chiropractor about it, and he was very enthusiastic about dead hangs for spinal health.
