The official list is a Google spreadsheet and is maintained by the Bulger Party Planning committee. We have a celebration at the Mountaineer's club for the finishers in November of each year (Nov. 10th this year). Message me if you want to get on our email list and receive announcements for the celebration. We can also give you access to the Google spreadsheet if you want to track your progress on the list and see who else is working on it.
We definately want to hear from you if you're close to finishing. Finishers recieve a certificate and a tee-shirt.

My brother Josh became the youngest Bulger Finisher on Sept 18, 2018 at age 25. He attended and gave a presentation at the Bulger party through invitation but his achievement was not noted in any database besides his climber logs on Peakbagger. He is shy about getting word out but I think it's an amazing accomplishment. Is there a verification process or a person he must contact to confirm this information?

Truly a remarkable achievement for anyone. But to accomplish this at such a young age is very impressive. This took a lot of pluck and resourcefulness. Well done. ~z

At the party Josh said he would have finished earlier but he repeated some peaks because he had so much fun on them.
