The Duck's Back is a waterproof pack cover sold separately from actual backpacks. It does, however, come in it's own little pouch that carries the term Duck's Back. If someone lost an actual pack they might not think of said lost pack as a Duck's Back - just throwing that out there.
I'm not writing this for anyone else but the owner, so no need to complicate it.
If that were my bag, and I lost it, I would know exactly what it was and what it says on the bag. Obviously this bag has been repurposed... the owner will know this.
