I have a 900 s.f. fully furnished apartment north of the ship canal that I rent "long short-term", ie, 30 days minimum, to stay in line with city regs. I have a tenant vacating in mid-Nov, and recent prospects have not worked out for one reason or another. I'd like to get someone in asap who would want to stay thru the end of the year, at least...don't want to deal with this stuff during the holidays. The apartment is fully kitted out with linens, kitchen equipment, etc. and all utilities plus wifi are included. $2400 rent thru the end of the year works out to $60/day, a great deal for a furnished, in-city place. Half-block to 2 city bus lines. Current tenants including myself like it quiet, so party types need not inquire. Previous short-term tenants who've been quite happy here were a visiting French family, SCCA patient, writers, tech interns. I also have a conventional lease 2 br apartment coming available in December that includes a very nice garage. If interested, PM me for more details, terms, pics, etc.
