Any thoughts on what the snow might be like around Marmot Pass (6000') this weekend? I'm thinking of trying to sneak in a late season hike. Last trip report I found was from two weeks ago, and it was clear. Nearest snotel site is down around 4000' and is snow-free-ish...
Even if that hits as forecast, the lower slopes in that area should be pretty wind shielded and just a bit rainy. The heavy stuff should be mostly up around and above treeline.

That should be rather similar to Marmot Pass. Note 7" of snow. On that same NWAC website under observations you can get a drop down menu that will link you to the Hurricane Ridge webcam which gives a view of the surrounding mountains.
Sunday will suck in the Olympics. Moderate to heavy rain will begin overnight and is forecast to continue through the day with the snow level falling between perhaps 12 and 2pm.
