This morning, several cars at the Taylor river trailhead were broken into. (I think three). Happened sometime before 10:30 am. After talking with another hiker who was parked there getting ready to leave, I left my car unlocked.
Bummer for those who were hit.
I've been lucky I guess for quite a few years.
That trail head is NOW very exposed. They were taking risks doing that there. Be careful confronting people like that.

Sorry to hear that. Thanks for reporting it here. It helps to know whats going on. I hope someone let the rangers know. King County LEs sometimes drive up this far on patrol, but not often enough to pose a threat to vandals who keep a lookout.
