i've read about the snowshoe trail, lollipop loop situated somewhere on the chiwawa loop road, but none of the snowshoe lake wenatchee/chiwawa maps shows it. suggestions if you have been on it, and where could i access it.

That isn't familiar. But "lollipop loop" is a generic term used for a route that is essentially and out-and-back trip, but with a loop at the far end. For example, if you follow a trail two miles to a lake, hike around the lake, and return to the trailhead via that two-mile trail, then that is a "lollipop". Maybe you read a trip description that described the trip as a lollipop loop?
