Here is an interesting picture taken at the Grave Creek Putin/Trailhead. https://www.mountainbuzz.com/forums/f14/rogue-high-water-96545.html Photo was taken on 1/20/19. Elevation of the outhouses is roughly 630 feet. Outhouses are mostly underwater on the right. I can't say what condition the trail is in but one should consider wash out / landslide and underwater camp sites being common just now. This is about 70,000 cfs for how much water. As a tool you could consider the river flow app. Good for any US River.
