Strange and boring 1st half so far, although I do appreciate a good defensive effort. Rams, one of the top NFL offenses, 0 points, Rams, 20th in the league on defense, Pats score 3 points. confused.gif

Ho hum....Goff missed a couple of big throws, especially when the guy was wide open in the end zone and the throw was way late. On the interception that sealed it, that was more the receivers fault than Goff's, he didn't turn to find the ball until way late.

The only coach I hate nearly as much as Belichick is Payton. Both coaches are total scum bags. I’m glad they weren’t in it. I hope Brady gets drunk tonight, falls down and tears his ACL.

Probably the most boring super bowl in history. Saints were robbed the opportunity and would have thumped the Patriots.

I agree Tom, although the Rams defense played a great game, Goff and the Rams offense were clearly not up to the task. His late throw to the wide open receiver in the end zone was key, QB's like Brees and Foles would likely not have missed it. Their lack of a running game allowed the Pats to tee off on Goff, giving him little chance. I don't understand why they went away from Gurley in the playoffs, the 3rd leading rusher in the NFL...but even the best back will struggle when keyed upon.

I didnt realize (didnt know) that the ref who didnt call the interference call during the Saints Rams game ALSO prevented his colleague from throwing a flag when he was about to throw one! That's real conspiracy play there! I think Im done with football.

Awesome owl pics! As to the Stupor Bowl, I just hope Billicheat and Bratty retire soon, the game will be better off imho.

The only engaging conversation about the event is why Todd Gurley disappeared for the last two games.

Heard rumors of Gurley having a nagging knee injury, the Rams were probably trying to keep it under wraps, (knowledge of the injury, not the knee).

No comments? Pretty good game suspense until end, noHawks but they currently suck anyway. Halftime old school hip hop was nostalgic. Commercials pretty meh. Pizza and beer were good. Hey it was free.

Was glad it was a close and hard fought game, disappointed there was no OT. Some commercials were ok, seemed like every other one was for an electric car, boring. Again, no Clydesdales... frown.gif
