This climb went much easier than anticipated thanks to a nice snowshoe trail pretty much to the summit.  The trench is deep.  There has been enough traffic over the last month to keep the trail made on Feb 10th.  I didn’t need snowshoes until just below the summit!

I kept thinking you looked so familiar...nice to meet you Eric!   wave.gif We were the couple with the dog. It was certainly a beautiful day up there! cool.gif

Ha, I had a feeling you were NWHikers about one switchback down after talking to you.  Yes, good to meet you.

I always play a game on the way down the mountain where I label each person I see, trying to see if I can remember everyone by the time I get to the bottom.  I labeled you guys “the experienced couple”.  That’s a good one compared to what some of the others got behind you like the “newbe skiers”, “am I close lady” and “creepy dude with backpack”.
