Yesterday's bike ride view.  No editing, just a point and shoot and hope.

What's especially fun about sock puppets is that you can make each one unique and individual, so that they each have special characters. And they don't have to be human––animals and aliens are great possibilities

^ Nice shot! up.gif

I noticed the full moon yesterday night and when I pointed it out to my 14yr old, he informed me that it was called a "worm moon", for the first full moon in March, which is when the ground thaws and worms start to venture out. I'm beginning to think that we're all being had; there seems to be a new term coined for a full moon every other year! huh.gif

I believe "worm moon" is a term from the Farmer's Almanac. It seems right on time as we just got thawed out this week.  biggrin.gif

Since this is NPS land, isn't drone use illegal? Or did you check with them and there's some kind of loophole to allow it on the highway?

It's not National Park.  It's Ross Lake National Recreation Area, which is separate from NCNP.

That said, I have no idea what the regs are for the NRA, but it *is* a different area.
