My least favorite would be Mt Forgotten and/or Meadows. It used to be at least one of my favs, but I hiked it too many times so I remember the pain vividly.
My new Fav would be Bridge Creek to Rainy pass loop, in Huckleberry season.

Starting at the Little Wenatchee Ford campground, up Cady Ridge trail, turn right onto PCT, side trip up Kodak Peak, then down the Little Wenatchee River trail.
Green Trails #144-Benchmark Mountain.
About 22 miles, take extra camera batteries, views are epic on a clear day.

Top five-ish list of ones I haven't done might be
Camino de Santiago
Mt Kailash circumnavigation
Coastline of Oaxaca
Patagonia!
The methane glaciers of Titan
I can't believe I missed out on all of these. I may still have a chance to do the Camino or the Costa de Oaxaca, but the big ones are feeling like totally out of reach. I'm glad I got out in my younger days.
