A few days ago while hiking up the long rocky switchbacks to Last Chance Promontory, we came upon many long trailers of green flagging. They were numerous and on both sides of the trail. We could see no markings on the tape. Some were around tree trunks while others were just hanging off branches...we lost count of the quantity. Any Ideas?
