I just recently moved back to the PNW and looking to do some day hikes. I've been piddling around with a lot of urban hikes as I am not mobile. Looking for someone I can ride share with. Can meet at most any park and ride and I do have gas $$$ to contribute. Thanks for reading. Veronica 850-533-1603

Last year, King County Metro and King County Parks ran "Trailhead Direct" buses on the weekends from Seattle and/or Bellevue to select trailheads in the Issaquah Alps and along Mount Si road. (There was also a shuttle to Mailbox Peak, but you had to drive to a school parking lot as there weren't any buses that go there.) I can't find any information about whether that's continuing in 2019 and the website isn't working right now, but it's something you can keep an eye out for.
