It's baseball, so obviously they won't be able to keep this torrid pace up. I'm just thoroughly enjoying the moment. campfire.gif

Enjoy it while it lasts. Kansas City held them to 15 hits tonight and only one homer.

Make that 13-2 BirdCreek blasted another one out in the 10th! 117mph Exit velo. ...The guy is thicker through the chest than I am tall.

Since I have no expectations of forgiveness, I don't do it in the first place. That loop hole needs to be closed to everyone.

All of this winning is ruining my ability to go to mid week games and sit behind home plate for $8. There’s a Wednesday afternoon game that I want to take my son to next week and the tickets are currently $40/seat in the secondary market. Looking forward to things normalizing by May.

I hope not, but it's almost guaranteed to happen. Just look at the Angels of last year; they had an identical hot start but ended up finishing with a record of 80-82.

Did anyone just see Gurriel’s grand salami after Altuve hit one? Two in one game? Surely this is the end of Mariners Positivity Month.

Did anyone bring their dog to T Mobile field today? I think that Bark in the Park is a neat idea. If you did please post some pics. So cool to be able to combine ones love of baseball with ones love of canines. Hopefully they’ll add cats someday too! Just out of curiosity, what happens with all of the Doggy No-No? Who cleans it up? Bummer that the Mariners lost though. The Ms have lost 3 in a row and they’re now just a game ahead of the Astros who have won 8 in a row. I think reality is starting to set in.

My son and I attended the game last night. I left the decision of who we chose to root for up to my son. He chose the Mariners and so I complied. It felt icky but we were the loudest fans in the stadium in the 9th inning. Its really sad when the person who doesn’t even like your team is the one most vocal when cheering for them in the ninth-inning when they actually have a chance to come back and end their now six game losing streak. I saw about a dozen fans who actually seemed to care. I don’t get why people attend the game and sit on their hands when it matters most. Why even go to the game if you’re not passionate about the outcome? The face value of the tickets around us was $100 each. Makes no sense to me. Anyway, good luck to your Ms. My team has officially gone from the best in the league to the worst. Hoping it can turn around.

Best winning percentage in baseball right now !?! Maybe they should play all their games on the road - 11-2 record.

Most of their wins have come at the expense of teams with a losing record like the Red Sox. That's probably a bigger factor in their winning percentage.

Of course, teams with a losing record have it by getting beat by better teams. But I know what you mean. The next couple weeks should give a better indication of where the Mariners are at. +32 run differential is pretty cool, though.

And yet nobody goes to games and those who do are apathetic. 🤷🏻‍♂️
