Mac Peak!?!?!? WTF!?!?!?
That is one of my favorite local peaks, and the highest peak in the "Stevens Pass Quad". It is not close to any roads and has no trail, either. The registers were not hurting anything. If I remember correctly, Fay Pullen and Mike Collins had signed on the first page of the Mac Peak summit register.
Some people are real dorks.

I have the material if you want to start one. What I have is a tube with threaded ends and the caps. It isn't water proof but maybe it doesn't have to be if the zip lock bags are kept sealed. I was thinking of placing some Teflon tape on the threads to see if the water could be kept out that way but haven't gotten around to trying it yet.

use a 1 qt gatorade bottle. or nalgene. don't screw around with PVC ones; they all leak.
