I got curious about this topic a couple winters ago and made this map https://caltopo.com/m/PG2K, partly using the thread Tom linked to but I think I spent some time just scrolling around the Cascades in satellite view too. My interest was specifically "lakes with islands or packraft-accessible campsites", so I marked some spots along shorelines as well that would be better accessed by a float than a hike.
