I've caught several horned lizards in the Sedona area, but have still yet to see our Washington horned lizard.
Saw a number of Horned Lizards the other day at Saddle Rock above Wenatchee.

Wonderful photos! I saw one once in the Methow Valley. I wasn’t looking for it, so it surprised me. They look so different from our other snakes, mainly the head shape and overall muscular appearance.

I searched and found another Rubber Boa.Larger than the first one. I managed to capture some better images. Beautiful scale pattern. Unique blunt tail that resembles the head. This is about as big as they grow. This one approximately 2 feet in length. They can grow about another 6 inches

Very cool BPG! I see them occasionally on my property in the Icicle Canyon. They seem to vary considerably in size. Glad you finally got to see some!
