...can be dangerous.
Touron is a nougat of Arabic origin made with almonds and honey or sugar, without which it would just not be Christmas in Spain.

Glad the girl is okay, but people are so stupid. There were several others in addition to the girl that got tossed like a rag doll that were way too close to that bison. The Park Service does all it can to tell people not to do exactly this, but they do it anyway. We are a nation of morons.

While I agree, generally speaking people are pretty stupid. The girl is NINE! Where were her parents?

Oops, I didn't say it, but in my mind I was mostly indicting the parents for allowing this to happen.

They're in the video, running the opposite direction. I was glad to hear the little girl is all right and she'll have that video to hold over their heads the rest of their lives.

I read that once we legalized marijuana, teenagers stopped using it.
There are signs all over the damn place telling people not to approach wildlife, that national parks aren't petting zoos, that big wild animals aren't rides. And it's not like this is the first time something like this has happened.
Maybe we should put up signs encouraging this kind of behavior, and idiots will stop. Like the teens and weed. Slogans like "get your kid maimed, try to ride an angry bison!" Reverse psychology. We've tried the common sense route, and look what happens.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
Having lived (just barely) in the 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, tens and now teens, I have witnessed things that are simply mind-numbing. People trying to pet bison do not get my sympathy.
Maybe Darwin was right.
