With the days getting shorter and actual night coming back, I've started thinking about winter. With arctic sea ice at a record minimum this year, Santa's production could be affected. His factories have to be set up anew each year, and require ice that is thick enough to support them. Worse, Santa might not get off the ground on Dec. 24. His sleigh is not made for water takeoffs.
