Often true for both sides of most debates.

Because it is funny watching you squirm to try and excuse your obvious mistakes. And also, more importantly, it is a good lesson: those who scream loudest about the "climate crisis" are usually wrong.
It's interesting that the result is not an admission that there was error, but complaining about raising the visibility of that error. This is the symptomatic of judgment processes oriented towards winning as opposed to finding truth.

I read it more as calling into question the meta judgment that was made about having been willing to share a prediction with the group based on info available at the time. A continuation of a broader feud.

It would have been more interesting and constructive for him to have shared a counter prediction and the thoughts and data behind it back near the start of the thread rather than Monday morning quarterbacking with the look of a personal attack

I agree, you scream the loudest.

You and head invaded the main forum for some vengeance related reason and refuse to let it drop. That is ironic in the true sense of the word. Apparently you don't know what irony means. I haven't even visited the "Climate change" thread in the Stewardship forum for many months because the three of you keep reopening that thread, re-inforcing one another. And then someone shoots down your opinions with fact. But it is pointless to me to bring up science when you ignore it or keep re bringing up some inane long shot down "argument". The three of you could go on forever with this ridiculous charade.
