Steven invited me to join him for some peaks this morning before he had to go to work. Started at Damfino Lakes trailhead which was surprisingly busy when we returned, 20+ people on the trail.
not as good as they look
Cowap Peak - 5658'
Both of these peaks have official trails going near the summit, and then unofficial trails going to the summit. There's one narrow spot in the summit ridge of Cowap.
Cowap McGuire, Cheam Range Canadian Border Peak, American Border Peak, Tomyhoi Steven narrows Shuksan Baker Twins odd limestone on McGuire (found fossils there last year)
Canyon Ridge East - 5408'
We didn't plan for this one, but there was extra time. Berries are past their prime. No registers on either peak. Bring some up here. Shame on you jackals who remove registers!

I believe they are black huckleberries, possibly wet, but often shiny.
