Has anyone driven the crossing at Scatter Creek near Cle Elum recently? How's the water depth? I should think early Fall shouldn't be too bad yet. I recall that a bunch of y'all were out there during that Honeymoon rescue operation near Mt. Daniel last month. Anyone been out there since then? I am headed out that way this weekend. Thanks, ~z

Well, it was dry 3 weeks ago, but with all the recent rain and snow, I dunno. WTA report from yesterday doesn't mention anything.

The USGS runs a remote monitoring system. The Yakima river is downstream from Scatter Creek, but there are dams between the creek and the gauging stations. The Wenatchee at Plain is probably a good proxy. https://waterdata.usgs.gov/wa/nwis/uv/?site_no=12457000&PARAmeter_cd=00060,00065

Thanks, all for the quick, thorough response. Speaking of snow, has anyone seen this newly announced weather yet? frown.gif This may change my plans for Sunday. ~z
