Im looking to give away an unused one man tent, but I want it to go to someone who really needs it. So, convince me. Tom

I've been monitoring things on the Puget Sound homefront (and NWH) from western NY state; here on an urgent family matter. I saw BPJ's offer late last night, and am now ... speechless. stun.gif biggrin.gif BPJ says he won't even accept partial payment. borank.gif When I get back to the NW, I may take the opportunity to see Cle Elum for the first time (I don't get around much east of the Cascades) and thank him in person. I had to promise that I'd sent pix of the first use. Will also post a back yard shot of my old "tank" solo tent, vintage 1980-something. If I'm able to get out for a brief time to some of the beauty spots around here, will post a TR.

Very nice gesture BPJ! But I have to say upon viewing the link, that is one ugly tent and 600+ frickin' dollars? wow.

Go placidly amid the noise and waste, and remember what comfort there may be in owning a piece thereof.

Everybody's a critic! Its way light and packs up small. That and the fabric is stronger than heck. I just realized that I had three Cuben Fider tents. I don't need three of them, and Miss. Mary it seems can really use it.
