Been here a couple Xs before, & yep....the trail is still pretty overgrown. This time we did a one-way hike, east to west, w/a car shuttle. My peeps were very happy that we did not have to turn around & walk back the way we came. They were sick of plowing thru the brush! LOL.
Shortly into the hike we encountered a hunter crouched in the brush...& a bit later he fired a shot but thankfully not @ us. @ the TH:
