Thanks for the reccos Gali! Unfortunately I'm here for job training and really have no free time except for last weekend. I fly out Saturday and don't have a rental car so no real way to get around other than Lyft/Uber.
This is what you missed out on! wink.gif Coopers Rock State Forest

That’s my favorite section of the coast in Olympic National Park, btw, from Rialto Beach to Norwegian Memorial.
It is a wonderful, empty stretch of coast. Went mushrooming in the woods on the OP outside the park after. I'd never seen a violet webcap before.

Great photos here lately! Joker's The Cold Flame, and Gil's Autumn Flow really grabbed my attention. Well done!

Ooh, yeah. Atumn Flow is sweet! I've scene you shoot that scene before, I think, Gil. Headlight Basin looks inviting. Here are a few shots of a few of the many big birds that were circling on thermals near Sauk Mountain yesterday. If we get another such day before snow shuts that hike down, I want to haul a big ass lens back up there in hopes they'll be doing it again. It was a massive soaring bird party yesterday, with some great potential backgrounds for them.
