It’s just a little handmade critter that I found and HAD to have in a tiny yarn shop in Kandersteg, Switzerland. smile.gif

The most famous groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil, lives about an hour away from me, and he predicted an early spring. Yeah right! We've had an incredibly warm winter so far; only once have the temperatures dropped to 10°F, whereas by now we should've had a few days of sub-0 temperatures. Today, I began a hike in 30°F weather. It was snowing, and quite beautiful:
However, by the time I finished the temperature was 50°F and all that snow had melted! That's more like March weather, not January/February. So, my answer to Punxsutawney Phil is: Yeah right! Winter hasn't even started yet! dizzy.gif

It is as though I had read a divine text, written into the world itself, not with letters but rather with essential objects, saying: Man, stretch thy reason hither, so thou mayest comprehend these things. Johannes Kepler

It was winter today on WT3. Couple inches fresh snow, everything covered, beautiful...and cold. I want more winter....

When I grow up I wanna play.
