They should reopen collecting sales tax in phases, see how he likes that. Oh that's right, they just plain get paid no matter what. Just like Jay. I fail to see why he won't publicly release the metrics he is using to control the lockdown of the public. At the linked site from the article I see numbers of various sorts, but what I do not see is a statement of the metrics he uses and in what combinations to make an objective determination.
