I watched about half of this documentary last night. Thanks for posting this older...be. I learned a lot and will finish watching the rest soon. I remember this period of history well and it's great to see vignettes and sound bites from those days. ~z

Glad you enjoyed it. I was particularly interested in the parts involving Gram Parsons.

Yes, that all was news to me. I hadn't heard of him or knew that much about EmmyLou Harris for that matter. But wow--their voices together was astonishing. So sad that he died so young. That was so painful to see since the story was new to me. You could just imagine her anguish.  But she did a wonderful job of carrying the torch forward. ~z

Yup. it's too bad some don't have the emotional bandwidth to deal with disagreement no matter how civil it is.
