Your VE-25 is actually a popular tent among sea kayakers or canoeists, where weight and bulk is less of a concern. You might be able to sell it on a sea kayaking forum.

Do your kids or whomever gets to clean out your place after you die, get rid of stuff you aren't actively using instead of saving it for someone else to deal with.
