I'll second the appreciation. Was just catching up on the "Camping at Lake 22, then dinner at Big Four" thread in the PNW History tab. While I don't mind perusing the COVID or similar tennis match threads, it's the richness and in-depth knowledge of threads like the aforementioned that set nwhikers apart from other online hiking platforms.
Yes, thank you to Tom and the moderators. Even though I can't do much hiking these days, I love having old trip reports and threads archived and available. It's fun to look at a map, wonder about a trail or lake or ridge and find out what it's like to go there.
Thanks Tom and mods for keeping this a great source of information and pretty pictures. I also appreciate it not turning into another Twitter full of trolls.
