Clallam County Sheriff's Office is investigating. * Trees were cut illegally on Olympic National Forest lands. Federal law enforcement is investigating illegal tree cutting. * Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms is investigating incident. * Hopefully those agencies charged with investigating criminal activity and enforcement of State and Federal statutes will get the matter resolved in short order. Never mind visiting the Olympic Peninsula, has anyone been to the new sovereign nation of Capitol Hill yet?

None of the moderators appreciate having to play whack-a-mole about political stuff. The original thread contained all the pertinent info, and there is zero here that contributes anything of value relative to "public safety". It's already spiraled into other unrelated political commentary.
